These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online gambling website, mobile application, games, products, promotions, payment services, and related services operated by NINE STARS HORIZON LIMITED under the PUTAMBET brand ("PUTAMBET", "we", "our", "us", or the "Company").

Please read these Terms carefully. By registering an account, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use any website or mobile application within PUTAMBET.

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

In accordance with relevant gaming laws and licensing regulations in Nigeria, our services are intended only for users aged 18 or older (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using our services, you warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and that all provided information is accurate and complete. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be underage will be closed, and all funds will be voided under regulatory requirements.

2. Account Security and Uniqueness (Anti-Fraud Controls)

●    One Account Policy: To maintain a fair gaming environment and prevent cyber fraud pursuant to the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, 2015 of Nigeria, only one account is allowed per user across PUTAMBET. Creating multiple accounts via proxies, family members, or multiple identities is strictly prohibited.

●    Sanctions for Violations: If system detection or manual audits confirm multi-account exploitation, the Company reserves the absolute right to immediately ban and permanently terminate the associated accounts, and forfeit/clear all related funds to protect platform network security.

●    Security: Users are solely responsible for their account details and device security. The Company is not liable for losses caused by user negligence.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fund Usage Restrictions (AML Compliance)

●    Purpose of Funds: To strictly enforce the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022 of Nigeria and the regulations of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), funds are deposited for the sole and lawful purpose of placing stakes on the platform. Using the PUTAMBET platform as an e-wallet, money transfer tool, or financial intermediary is strictly prohibited.

●    Turnover Requirements: Based on our statutory AML obligations, we reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests where there is no actual betting activity (zero or low turnover). All deposited funds must satisfy the required betting turnover before a withdrawal can be requested.

●    Payment Consistency: The name on the withdrawal bank account must strictly and entirely match the name on the user's ID verification. Third-party payments or collections are completely prohibited.

●    Non-Refundability of Promotional Top-ups: Any deposits or top-ups made by users participating in any in-game promotional events, special offers, or purchasing specific packages (including but not limited to first-deposit discounts, festive offers, time-limited promotional bundles, etc.) constitute dedicated gambling consumption and are strictly final, irreversible, and non-refundable. Any additional bonuses, items, or credits rewarded have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating, use of automated scripts/bots, or malicious payment disputes/chargebacks are strictly prohibited under Nigerian law. Exploiting system errors, technical defects, odds errors, or program bugs (Bugs) within PUTAMBET constitutes fraud and a material breach of these Terms, and the Company will pursue legal liabilities to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Errors, Rollbacks, and Negative Balance (Liability Limitations)

●    Right to Rollback: To ensure absolute fairness and integrity of gaming results, the Company reserves the absolute right to perform a system "Rollback" if incorrect winnings or credits are issued due to technical errors or bugs.

●    Negative Balance as a Legal Debt: If a user has already withdrawn or spent the incorrect winnings before a Rollback, their account balance will show as negative. The user explicitly agrees that this negative balance constitutes a legal and valid debt to the Company, which the Company has the absolute right to recover via legal remedies or deduct directly from future deposits.

●    Evidence: System logs and risk control records shall be the final and conclusive authority in determining errors or abuse.

6. Betting Settlement and Maximum Payout Limits

●    Voiding Scenarios: The Company reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in cases of obvious odds inversion, incorrect score entries, or technical system failures.

●    Payout Limits: To mitigate uncontrollable technical and systemic risks, the Company reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per day or per bet. Any winnings exceeding these limits due to system errors shall automatically be considered void.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

The Company reserves the right to recover and clear any bonuses issued due to configuration errors or technical bugs, or those acquired via illicit multi-account activities.

8. Risk Control, Territorial Restrictions, and Indefinite Freezing

●    Licensing and Compliance Restrictions: Pursuant to the compliance and territorial management mandates of the relevant gaming licensing and regulatory authorities, game services on the PUTAMBET platform are strictly restricted to users physically located within the territorial borders of Nigeria.

●    Mandatory Location Verification: To safeguard network integrity and national financial security, we continuously monitor and verify users' Device IDs, IP addresses, and real-time precise GPS geographic locations.

●    Offshore Access and Fraud Sanctions: Any attempt to spoof or disguise geographic locations via VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical methods, or accessing the platform from outside the territory of Nigeria, constitutes a severe violation, and all associated stakes and winnings shall be automatically voided. The Company reserves the absolute right to freeze account balances indefinitely during internal investigations and report to the relevant gaming regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies upon detection of location anomalies, cross-regional logins, abnormal withdrawal frequencies, or potential fraudulent patterns.

9. KYC and Biometric Verification (Regulatory Safeguards)

●    Standard Verification: To fulfill Tier-3 risk control mandates from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), users must provide valid government-issued identification (such as NIN, International Passport, or Voter's Card) and proof of source of funds.

●    Advanced Biometrics: In compliance with Nigerian national security and identity-theft prevention regulations, the Company reserves the right to require Facial Recognition, Liveness Detection, or live video verification during registration, large withdrawals, or risk-trigger events.

●    Ongoing Audits: In strict accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA), all biometric data processing will be heavily encrypted. Refusal or failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal rejection and potential permanent closure of high-risk accounts.

10. Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no betting or transaction records for 6 consecutive months (or more) will be classified as "Dormant" in line with Nigerian gambling industry practices. The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee or clear balances on dormant accounts to cover maintenance and outstanding balance accounting costs.

11. Statutory Taxes

Users are solely responsible for all statutory taxes under the mandates of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and relevant State Internal Revenue Services. PUTAMBET platform reserves the right to deduct and remit taxes from balances or winnings in accordance with local laws.

12. Service Availability and Hardware Disclaimer

Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance. In line with industry technical standards, the Company is not responsible for any damage to mobile devices or data/telecom charges incurred through the use of our software.

13. User Reporting Obligation

Users must immediately stop using the affected feature and report any discovered bugs or incorrect balances within PUTAMBET. Continued use or attempted withdrawal after discovering an anomaly will be legally classified as "Intentional Exploitation" and malicious fraud, and the Company will exercise all rights of recovery and enforcement.

14. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
